Although elusive, there are huge numbers of sleek coated timber wolves in this area of the Cariboo Mountains. Spike Camps for goats are between 4 to 8000 feet in elevation so hunters should be in condition to enjoy challenging terrain, breathtaking scenery and the adventure of a lifetime.

Slashes, mountain streams with major beds of spawning salmon and vast meadows loaded with wild berries attract large numbers of trophy sized black and the prized interior silver tipped grizzly.  Daily drive-outs from base camp in 4x4 vehicles take hunters to select areas where the bears are numerous.  The methods most commonly used include spot and stalk, still hunts, tracking and calling.  This vast territory has ideal habitat with virtually no hunting pressure.  Horses, float planes and boats are also used to get hunters to prime areas.
