The Coral Star is a 115’ live aboard Mother ship Operation. Be on the water first thing in the morning and jump onto a 28 foot to 34 foot sport fishing boats. There is a fleet of 7 sport fishing boats, so get ready to catch some of the biggest fish in the Western Hemisphere with  Penn International 20’s, 30’s, 50’s and 80’s along with assorted spin and fly fishing tackle. M/V Coral Star has a well equipped stainless steel gallery which serves delicious entrees.  If you have any special requests, please notify your sales representative and we will try to accommodate your request.  The Coral Star accommodations consist of individually controlled A/C rooms including two master staterooms with queen size beds and full bath on the main deck, and six deluxe cabins on the lower deck with portholes, sink and vanity, private shower and toilet.  She has 2 teak decks, a canopy covered sun deck with lounge chairs and our "Fantail Bar" which creates a stable, comfortable and spacious outdoor panoramic view.  The Fantail Bar area is also used for dining and/or relaxation.

Billfish Species: Black Marlin, Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Yellowfin Tuna to 300 pounds.
Inshore Species: Roosterfish, Wahoo, Cubera “Dogtooth” Snapper, Amberjack, Grouper, Dorado, Pargo, Jack Trevallies, etc.

The peak season for billfish is December through April, with the prime months being January, February and March. Our experience has been that the winter months are better for billfish. It is not unusual for  guests to get tired of fighting big Marlin, Sail and Tuna.

Most charters run Saturday through Thursday. We require you to fly into Panama City on Friday prior to the charter date and fly home on Friday after the charter date. Early Saturday morning you will fly  from Panama City to David, Panama where you will board our 115 foot Mother Ship, the M/V Coral Star. After a safety speech and lunch, jump onto one of our sport fishing boats and go catch some fish!  Late Thursday afternoon you will board the plane for your flight back to Panama City, where you will overnight for your trip back home on Friday.
